A chance for member firms to come together to discuss challenges and brainstorm solutions to improve the retention and progression of ethnic minorities in the legal sector. The next event will be held in October and build on last year’s session where 67 participants identified three main areas for improvement – belonging and culture, development and progression opportunities and the need for representation and senior role models.
