We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 Legal CORE Think Tank for member firms. This is our third Think Tank, or “hack-a-thon”, where we will bring together individuals from member firms to discuss ideas and solutions to shared challenges in an interactive in-person session. The event will be supported by the legal sector specialist inclusion consultancy extense.

Our previous Think Tank’s have focused on retention of minority ethnic talent and how firms can support people managers in creating inclusive environments. This year's event will build on the themes uncovered in previous years and focus on future proofing inclusion strategies to ensure minority ethnic talent can thrive. We hope that you and your colleagues will be a part of it.
