The series aims to bring together managing, senior and diversity and inclusion partners across member firms and will be co-chaired by Deborah Finkler, Managing Partner, Slaughter and May and Farmida Bi, Chair EMEA, Norton Rose Fulbright. The focus this year is on ‘what works’ inside law firms and the next session in the series will feature Professor Binna Kandola who will be sharing the latest research on ‘what is racism?’
